John Naish started his Building Surveying career in private practice, predominantly involved in the rehabilitation and refurbishment of residential properties, civic buildings, schools and commercial premises.  In 2007, he became a sole Practitioner specialising in party walls, boundary disputes, other neighbourly matters and Dilapidations.He was a founder member of the Thames Valley Branch of the Pyramus & Thisbe (P&T) Society and became the Branch Secretary in 2002. Until recently he was the Chairman. He has made presentations at P&T Society events, RICS Conferences and to university students. From offices in Chester, he covers Cheshire, Manchester and Liverpool, North Wales and further afield

Clients range from private individuals, through small businesses, to university colleges and national companies, churches and charities.


The Practice strives to provide the highest standards of independent professional advice and continually seeks to keep abreast of modern practices, changes in legislation and case law.
